Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lima View Tours services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Description of Service
Lima View Tours is a company dedicated to organizing and marketing tours and travel experiences in Lima, Ica, Cusco and other regions of Peru. Our services include itinerary planning, transportation, certified tour guides and cultural activities. Prices, availability and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice for operational or force majeure reasons.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment for the tour. When booking you can choose between two options: pay the full amount now, in which case the booking is confirmed instantly; or reserve without an initial payment and pay later, before the tour date, through the payment link we will email you or by arranging it with our team. In the second case the booking is registered but is not confirmed until we receive the payment. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, or with your PayPal account, through the secure PayPal payment platform. Lima View Tours does not store card data; processing is managed entirely by the certified payment provider.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour departure will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or for no-shows at the departure point. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.
